My Story
I am a mother of 2 children who speak 4 languages. I am an English and Spanish teacher graduated in New York City with more than 15 years of experience. I taught in South America, US and Europe. I have created my own language school in France. It has always been my passion to learn languages, learn about other cultures and travel. I had the opportunity to live in different countries. This marvellous experience helped me to understand and to learn about different cultures, education and way of living. when I became a mother I dedicated all my love and knowledge to grow my children. however, I realized that to be a parent is not easy. It demands a lot of energy, time, patience and empathy. While my children were growing my energy level was weaker and weaker, my patience started also to deteriorate and even my mood was changing. As a result, my relationship with my children started to be more difficult and many times I felt frustrated not to know what I was doing wrong, why I couldn't enjoy parenting as much as before. Days passed by and my frustration became higher. Specially, as an educator I felt I was not able to understand my own children so my frustration became deeper. I felt guilty, not to know how to make my family completely happy. Until one day, I decided to take action and to transfer this situation into a life opportunity to understand more what it was missing in my family in order to make my kids happier and to improve our connection. So I have decided to study emotional intelligence and neuroscience, I have also studied about children with autism, ADHD and dyslexia. Since that day, my life took a different direction. I understood the power of knowing what my kids needed, the meaning of their behaviour, the language of emotions, and even what I needed. As a result, the communication and connection with my children started being stronger immediately. kids were happier as they had a mother who could understand what they needed and now I have all the skills and techniques I need to be a happy parent giving my children the education, respect, love and guidance they need in order to become happy adults one day. All this combined with my passion for teaching and children made me think about creating MAKE HAPPY KIDS. A parenting guidence to make our kids and parents happier and strong families.
